- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen banana, sliced
- 4 dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 pinch ground cloves (optional)
- 1/16 - 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions

1Place all ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth.

2If you don't use frozen banana, you may add a couple ice cubes to the blender.
