- 1 gal. grapes
- 4 lb. sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 pt. vinegar
Directions

1Wash a gallon of grapes and remove hulls from pulp.

2Heat the pulp 10 minutes.

3Then run through a sieve to remove the seeds. Put pulp and hulls in a pan.

4Add sugar, cinnamon, cloves and vinegar.

5Cook, stirring often until it is the consistency of preserves.

6Pour into small, sterile jars and seal.

7Very good served with meats.
