- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced fine
- 2 cups unsalted assorted nuts
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions

1Preheat to 330 degrees F.

2In a small saucepan, melt butter with garlic over moderately-low heat and remove from heat.

3In a 13 x 9 inch baking pan, spread nuts, drizzle butter over, toss well to coat and roast, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes, or until golden and fragrant.

4Combine dry ingredients and sprinkle over nuts.

5Stir to coat.

6Continue baking 3 minutes longer.

7Transfer to paper towels to drain.

8Sprinkle with salt to taste.

9Let cool and transfer to airtight container.
