- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. nuts (walnuts, pecans, cashews, etc.)
Directions

1Combine sugar, cinnamon and milk in 2-quart pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Continue at low boil to 236°.

2Remove from heat. Add nutmeats and vanilla. Stir and pour onto wax paper; separate. Serve warm or cold. Store in covered container in refrigerator or freezer. Makes 1 1/4 pounds.
