- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Drain the olives, discarding juice. Return to jar. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over olives; close jar and refrigerate for 3 to 10 days, turning jar daily. Drain before serving. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
