- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Mix the herbs and spices together in a bowl.

2Set aside.

3Heat oil in nonstick skillet over low heat.

4Add spice mixture.

5Stir well.

6Simmer 4 to 5 minutes to mellow the flavors. Put nuts in bowl and pour the spice mixture over them.

7Toss well.

8Spread nuts in single layer on baking sheet.

9Bake at 325° for 12 to 15 minutes.

10Stir with wooden spoon once or twice.
