  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 4 c. pecans
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix the egg white and water. Add pecans.

    Leave in mixture until well moistened.
  3. 3
    Mix the sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Mix with the nuts.

    Place on slightly greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Store in airtight container.
