  • 4 c. pecans (halves are better, large pieces will do)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix egg white and water.

    Add pecans and stir until coated well with egg white.

    Add remaining ingredients and stir until coated well.

    Spread on a greased cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 250°.
