Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1 large bell pepper
- 3 stems celery
- 1 1/2 pods garlic
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, cleaned, deveined and chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. wet bread (use day old and toast)
- 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 raw egg
- 2 lb. large shrimp
- flour
- egg and milk mixture
Directions

1Chop onion, pepper, celery and garlic fine and saute in oil until soft.

2Add the chopped raw shrimp, salt and pepper.

3Cook until shrimp is done, 5 to 7 minutes.

4Remove bread from water and squeeze out water; add to mixture a little a time, mixing well. Add parsley.

5Let cook 5 minutes.

6Set aside to cool, then add eggs and mix well.
