- 18 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 4 teaspoons neutral oil
- 2 cups pecans
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2Mix together salt, sugar, cumin and cayenne.

4Toss pecans with seasonings to coat.

6Toast 8 to 10 minutes, until they take on a little color.
