- 1 lb whole pecans, shelled
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

2In large bowl add egg white and water; beat until frothy (use wire whisk).

3Add pecans and stir until pecans are moistened.

4In separate bowl combine sugar, salt, and cinnamon.

5Add mixture to moistened pecans.

6Mix well.

7Spread a single layer of pecans on cookie sheet or sheets.

8Avoid mounding the pecans as they will not bake evenly.

9Bake at 275 degrees for 45 minutes.
