- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1In huge mixing bowl, beat egg whites and water until frothy, not stiff.

2In a small bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon and salt.

3Pour pecans into egg whites and stir until well coated. Add sugar mixture and stir until pecans are covered.

4Spread pecans on large baking sheet.

5Bake at 300° for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

6Remove immediately from baking sheet to cool.
