  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Beat egg white and water by hand. Add other ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Coat nuts with mixture.

    Melt butter in pan; put mixture on top of butter. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Turn several times.
