- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/8 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cups Whole Milk
- 2 cups Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 1/2 cups Gingersnap Cookies Or Graham Crackers, Crushed & Divided
- *Vanilla Bean Paste Preferred!
Directions

1Place 2 glasses in the freezer to chill.

2Combine all ingredients excluding 1/4 cup of the cookies in a blender and blend thoroughly. When completely blended, top each serving with remaining gingersnap cookies.

3The Vanilla Bean paste from Williams Sonoma is absolutely to die for-and I like to use it in place of vanilla extract in most recipes
