- 1 can salmon (keep liquor)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 doz. cloves
- cayenne pepper and salt to taste
Directions

1Place in pan the liquid from the salmon with the butter, lemon juice, water and cloves.

2When it begins to boil, add salmon (free from skin and bones).

3Season with cayenne pepper and salt to taste.

4Boil several minutes; serve on crackers.
