  • 1/2 lb. loose tea
  • 2 Tbsp. ground dried orange peel
  • 2 Tbsp. ground dried lemon peel
  • 1/2 c. whole cloves
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped crystallized ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg

    Combine in bowl, stir well.

    Put in can with tight lid.

    Store 3 to 4 weeks before use.

    Makes 2 cups bulk tea.

    Use 1/2 teaspoon per cup.
