  • 34 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 cup canola oil
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 -5 apples (peeled, cored & 1 cm cubed)
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
