  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine apples, zucchini, carrots, and nuts with flour; toss to coat.
