- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 c. vegetable or olive oil
Directions

1In a resealable plastic bag, combine the first 6 ingredients. Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness and cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces (or use chicken tenderloins). Place a few chicken pieces into bag and shake to coat. Heat oil in skillet; cook chicken, turning often until browned and juices run clear, about 6 to 8 minutes.
