  • 2 medium fully-ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Italian salad dressing and dip mix
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

Directions

    Mash avocados with fork or potato masher until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients, mix well.

    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
