  • 2 pounds round steak thawed, trimmed, tenderized and cut into thin 2 inch strips
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 1 tablespoon bouillon Better Than, (R) Chili Base
  • 1 teaspoon bouillon Better Than, (R) Reduced Sodium Roasted Beef Base
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 inch florets
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 3 scallions medium, rinsed, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 12 ounces noodles Asian-style, prepare according to package directions

Directions

    Heat oil in a heavy bottomed skillet (preferably cast iron), to medium high.

    Add tenderized steak strips; cook until liquid evaporates and meat browns, about 15-20 minutes.

    Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic, Chili and Beef Bases, soy sauce; stir to combine.

    Add broccoli, cook until crisp-tender, about 2-3 minutes.

    Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.

    Add sliced scallions, stir.
