  • 1/8 cup silver tequila
  • splash of Cointreau
  • 1/2 cup beer--ale tastes best
  • 4 thin slices serrano pepper
  • Turbinado Sugar on glass rim

    Mix lime juice, agave, tequila, Cointreau and beer.
