  • head of cabbage
  • hot sauce
  • 1/2 can of beer
  • tsp. of each spice (basil and oregano)
  • bacon
  • grease off of bacon
  • onions, chopped
  • green pepper
  • minced garlic (Tbsp.), enough for taste
  • black pepper

Directions

    Cut cabbage; cut up pepper and onion.

    Put everything in stock pot or a large pot.

    Add spices.

    Put half water and 1/2 can of beer.

    Add bacon and grease last.

    Add minced garlic in with spices.

    Cook slow until tender enough for your taste.
