- 3 1/2 c. fresh baby carrots
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Place carrots in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.

2Drain and keep warm.

3In the same pan, melt butter; stir in the sugar, horseradish and parsley.

4Add the carrots, salt and pepper, stir gently to coat.

5Makes 5 servings.
