- 12 chicken thighs
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 12 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions

1Soak the chicken in 2 c cold water and 2 tsp salt for 20 minutes.

2Drain, rinse off and pat dry.

3Place in a baking pan, the chicken should be crowded and just fit.

4Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken Let sit for 20 minutes.

5Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400F

6Bake on lower oven rack for 45 minutes, or until tender.

7Turn off the oven, cover pan, and let sit in oven for 15 minutes.

8Remove and serve.
