Spicy Chicken Rolls

- 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic, Pressed
Directions

1Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise and horizontally but dont cut all the way through (you are butterflying them).

2Spread them out on a cutting board and tenderize by pounding them with a kitchen hammer.

3Combine salt, pepper and pressed garlic cloves in a small bowl.

4Rub the inside of each chicken breast with this mixture.

5Roll them up and tie the rolls closed with a piece of kitchen twine.

6Wrap the chicken rolls in foil and place on a dry roasting tin.

7Heat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

8Bake the chicken rolls at this temperature for 40 minutes.

9Remove from oven.

10Let them cool well before slicing and serving.

11You can keep your spicy chicken rolls in an airtight container in the fridge and serve cold instead of sausage, ham or bacon.
