- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powdered
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 chicken breasts skinless, deboned, and in strips
- 3 cups lettuce assorted, in bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts
Directions

1Mix the chili, cumin, and salt. Cover the chicken with this mixture and marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

2Cook the chicken in a hot skillet. Set aside.

3Place the lettuce in a salad bowl.

4Mix the olive oil, lime juice and zest, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Dress the lettuce with this vinaigrette.
