  • 28 cups Grilled boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped
  • 23 cups Cooked rice
  • 7 1/2 cups Kraft Sauce Works Dijon Bistro Sauce
  • 3 3/4 cups Chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 4 cups green onion, chopped
  • 48 cups Shredded romaine lettuce
  • 60 flour tortilla (10 inch)

Directions

    MIX chicken, rice, Bistro Sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and green onion; cover.

    Refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavours to blend.

    Place 1 cup (250 mL) lettuce on bottom half of each tortilla; top with 3/4 cup (175 mL)chicken mixture.

    FOLD sides of tortilla toward centre, roll tightly from bottom, cut diagonally in half to serve.
