- 2 cans Shoe Peg corn
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. milk
Directions

1In skillet over low heat, melt cream cheese and butter with milk until soft and creamy.

2Remove from heat.

3Add drained corn and jalapenos.

4Mix thoroughly and put in baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
