- 1 poblano pepper
- cajun seasoning
- butter or margarine
Directions

1Grill poblano or roast on gas burner.

2Peel off skin; remove seeds and dice.

5Add up to 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (careful), or to taste and same with butter or margarine.
