Spicy Crab Chowder

- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped celery and chopped onion
- 4 c. spicy canned vegetable juice
- 1/2 lb. crab meat or raw cleaned shrimp
- 1 c. frozen corn
Directions

1In a 3 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat oil and cook potatoes, celery and onion until tender-crisp.

2Stir in vegetable juice, crab and corn.

3Heat to boiling, 10 to 15 minutes, stirring gently now and then.

4Reduce heat to low. Simmer.
