- 1 pork butt
- 1 can 11 oz chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
- 2 can 12 oz dr pepper
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 onion
Directions

1preheat oven to 300
-
2place quartered onions in botton of pot

3place pork butt on top of onions and add salt and pepper to taste

4pour chipotle chiles over top
-
5pour dr pepper over chilies
-
6add brown sugar to liquid stirring slightly to combine
-
7cover pot and cook for at least 6 hours flipping roast 2 to 3 times during cooking process
-
8if pork does not easily pull apart return to oven in 30 minute intervals until done
-
9remove roast from pot and shred completely

10spoon fat from top of liquid in the pot.

11return the meat to the pot and keep it in the juice until you need it
