  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c. fresh cilantro, minced
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. V-8 juice
