  • 2 pounds Swiss chard, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

    In a Dutch oven, saute chard in oil for 3-5 minutes or just until wilted.

    Stir in the garlic, lemon juice, pepper flakes and salt; cover and cook 2-3 minutes longer or until tender.
