- 1/2 cup green bell peppers diced
- 1/4 cup yellow onion cubed
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil hot
- 4 cups tomatoes fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley leaves fresh, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 8 each saffron threads dissolved in 1/2 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 pound grouper fillets cubed
Directions

1Saute the peppers and onions in oil in a large saucepan for 4 to 5 minutes on high flame.

2Add the remaining ingredients, except the fish, and cook over medium heat, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.

3Add the fish and cook an additional 15 minutes.
