- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 bay leaf, crumbled
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
Directions

1Wipe mushrooms with damp towel.

2In a jar with a tight fitting lid, shake remaining ingredients until well mixed.

3Pour over mushrooms; cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 12 hours. Stir or turn occasionally.
