  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 c. pecans (halves)

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients in deep Dutch oven pan. Cook until soft. (Boil at 232°.) Add pecans and stir until coated. Spread and separate with fork; cool completely. Store in tin box.
