- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. pecans
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of Tabasco
Directions

1Preheat oven to 275°.

2Melt butter in heavy baking dish.

3Stir in salt.

4Add pecans and toss well until thoroughly coated.

5Add Worcestershire, cayenne pepper, cinnamon and Tabasco.

6Toss again. Roast in oven 45 minutes, stirring frequently until nuts are crisp.

7Turn off oven and leave in closed oven for another 1/2 hour.

8Makes 4 cups.

9These will keep or freeze.
