- 1 rabbit, cut to serving sized pieces
- 16 oz. beer
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 onion, sliced
- 5 whole cloves
- 1/4 c. flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
Directions

1Combine first six ingredients in non-metal casserole.

2Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.

3Remove rabbit and dry with paper towels.

4Coat the rabbit with seasoned flour.

5Heat oil in large frypan over medium heat.

6Brown to taste, then return marinade to frypan.

7Simmer to tender.

8Add enough flour to thicken marinade. Serve.
