- 2 c. sour cream
- 6 oz. chopped chili peppers
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, chopped or shredded
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Mix rice and sour cream.

2Put 1/2 of rice mixture in buttered casserole dish.

3Sprinkle on Cheddar cheese and chili peppers.

4Dot with butter.

5Layer rest of rice mixture on top.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Cook at 350° for 1 hour.
