Spicy Roasted Peanuts

- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 (16 oz.) cans salted peanuts
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a heavy skillet, cook oil, garlic and red pepper flakes over medium heat about 1 minute.

3Remove from heat.

4Add peanuts and stir until well blended.

5Pour peanut mixture onto a baking sheet.

6Bake about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7Bake to lightly browned.

8Sprinkle paprika and chili powder over peanuts and stir.

9Allow peanuts to cool completely. Yields 6 cups peanuts.
