- 1 pkg. Ramen noodle soup
- 2 stalks won bok (Chinese cabbage), cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 stalk green onions, chopped
- 1 slice Spam or luncheon meat, sliced into strips
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. Kochujang (Korean chili pepper miso)
Directions

1Boil 2 cups of water.

2Add noodles and broth seasoning until noodles are al dente.

3Add in Chinese cabbage, meat and hard part of green onions.

4Cook until vegetables are tender.

5Remove the noodles to a bowl to avoid overcooking them.

6Add the egg to the boiling broth and cook.

7Pour the egg and broth mix over the noodles.

8Stir in the kochujar right before eating.
