- 4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup arborio rice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 clove garlic minced
- 1 Hawaiian salt to taste
- 1/4 cup white onion chopped
- 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper chopped
Directions

1prepare veggies

2heat skillet on medium and add olive oil

3add prepared veggies and stir 3 or 4 minutes

4add garlic and stir for one minute

5add arborio rice and stir till evenly coated in oil and reduce heat to medium low

6add white wine and stir till absorbed

7add half cups of chicken a half cup at a time until rice begins to become tender

8add paprika, thyme and Hawaiian salt

9continue adding chicken broth till desired tenderness is reached
