- 1 3/4 lb. large raw shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. sweet butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced shallots
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
Directions

1Peel and devein shrimp.

2In a large skillet, low heat, melt butter and oil, add garlic and shallots, saute 2 minutes without browning.

3Add shrimp, increase heat slightly and cook shrimp 3 minutes.

4Add salt and pepper.

5Toss well.

6Remove to bowl, scraping all sauce.

7Add lemon juice and dill.

8Toss well, cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
