- 8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 or 2 Tbsp. chili sauce or picante sauce
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- small onion, grated
- 1 or 2 tsp. minced chives
- 1 lb. cleaned, cooked shrimp, minced or 1/2 lb. shredded surami
Directions

1Blend all ingredients together until very well blended.

2Cover and chill for several hours.

3Mound on pretty serving dish. Garnish with parsley sprigs.

4Have at room temperature to serve, otherwise keep refrigerated.
