- 1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 qt. water
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Bring 1 quart of water to boiling.

2Dump almonds in boiling water; cook about 1 minute.

3Drain almonds well in a colander. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet.

4Add cayenne pepper and salt to the hot oil.

5Saute almonds until golden.

6Cool.

7Keep in refrigerator.
