  • 2 -3 medium yellow potatoes
  • 1 -2 medium sweet potato
  • 14-13 cup oil
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 dash steak spice
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 14 cup old cheddar cheese, Shredded

Directions

    Preheat Oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with tin foil.

    Slice potatos into bite sized wedge pieces and place into large bowl.

    Add oil, and spices to bowl and toss with clean hands, or a utensil of you like best.

    Spread evenly on baking sheet and and bake for 15-20 minutes.

    Turn once and bake additionally for 15 minutes, or until egdes are crisp.

    Remove from oven and top with cheese.
