- 1 -2 medium sweet potato
- 14-13 cup oil
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 dash steak spice
- 1 dash black pepper
- 14 cup old cheddar cheese, Shredded
Directions

1Preheat Oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with tin foil.

2Slice potatos into bite sized wedge pieces and place into large bowl.

4Spread evenly on baking sheet and and bake for 15-20 minutes.

5Turn once and bake additionally for 15 minutes, or until egdes are crisp.
