  • 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Brown Gravy
  • 2 whole Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Cubes
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1 package (10 Oz. Size) Chicken Beer Batter
  • 1/2 cups Beer Or Water, Or As Needed Based On Beer Batter Package Directions
  • Oil, For Frying
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 cups Milk (optional)
  • 1/2 cups Frozen Corn
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    Boil potatoes in water.

    Meanwhile, prepare gravy according to packet instructions.

    Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and prepare beer batter using the mix and water or beer, following the measurements on package instructions.

    Let chicken sit in the batter until youre ready to fry.

    Fry chicken in deep fryer, or in oil on the stove.
