- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 chilies
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemongrass
- oil
- yoghurt
- chives
Directions

1Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Divide the mixture into 16 golf ball sized portions.

2Put some oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the bites for 5-6 minutes, turning frequently, until golden brown all over.

3Serve with a dip of natural yoghurt and chopped chives.
