- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) turkey breast, thawed as pkg. directs
- 8 to 10 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. dry rosemary
- 1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. hot paprika
- 2 tsp. olive oil
Directions

1In a blender or food processor, combine garlic, rosemary, pepper and paprika.

2Turn motor on.

3Add olive oil and process until coarsely chopped.

4Skin the turkey breast; wash and pat dry. Spread the garlic mixture over the turkey breast.

5Place on rack in roasting pan; cover.

6Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat thermometer inserted into center registers 170°. Remove from oven.

7Let stand 20 minutes before slicing.
